The TwinFresh compact ventilators do not require any extra components or air ducts. They are ready for use. The ventilators are designed for through-the-wall installation to the outer wall of the buildings. The only thing you need is a through opening in a wall, which is closed with a decorative ventilation grille matching any interior design. The outer side is covered with an outer hood for prevention of direct penetration of water and foreign particles into the ventilator.

The single room heat recovery ventilators with energy regeneration of TwinFresh Comfo series are similar in design to TwinFresh standard series, but they have updated control functions and are equipped with a remote controller and switches on the casing.
Besides, extremely easy mounting and easy use are the greatest advantages of the Comfo series.
Now you do not have to connect wires to the unit or to attach a control panel. You only have to install a ventilator into a prepared opening and connect a plug with a socket. The unit is ready to operate.

Operating logic of TwinFresh Single Room Heat Recovery Ventilation System
The single room heat recovery ventilator is designed both for reverse mode with heat and moisture regeneration and for supply or extract mode with no regeneration.
CYCLE I. Warm stale air is extracted from the room, then it passes through the ceramic energy accumulator and while flowing through it, heats and moistens the ceramic accumulator and transfers up to 91 % of the contained thermal energy. As the ceramic accumulator gets heated, the ventilator switches to supply mode automatically.
CYCLE II. Clean fresh air from outside passes through the ceramic energy accumulator, absorbs moisture and is heated up to the room temperature due to the accumulated heat. As temperature of the accumulator drops down, the fan switches to extract mode and the cycle is renewed. The single room heat recovery ventilator changes its operation mode for supply or extract ventilation every 70 seconds.
TwinFresh Comfo control and operation modes
The TwinFresh Comfo series ventilators are equipped with a remote controller. If several ventilators are integrated into a central remote controlled ventilation network the signal from the remote controller is received by the first ventilator only.
- Turning ventilator on/off
- Speed switching
- Nigh mode: the ventilator is switched to low speed on a signal from a light sensor.
- Passive air supply:In this operation mode the louvre shutters are opened, but the fan stands still.
- Air extract: In this operation mode the ventilator extracts polluted stale air from the room to outside.
- Supply mode: the fan continuously supplies fresh air to the room.
- Ventilation with energy regeneration: in this mode the ventilator switches from supply and extract modes and vice versa in a set time period to enable transfer of heat energy in winter and moisture in summer from extract air to cold intake air from outside in a ceramic accumulator.
- Humidity control mode selection: The ventilator automation enables setting one of three humidity set points (45, 55 or 65 %). The ventilator will operate to increase or decrease the indoor humidity level to maintain comfortable environment for you.
Moreover, to make control functions for the ventilators TwinFresh still easier and comfortable, we have added the manual switches for the basic operation modes to the ventilator casing.
Turn the manual switch on the ventilator casing into OFF position to activate control from a remote controller.
